The Brolga Project is currently in abeyance -ÂÂÂ
please see comments above, and development brief below. ÂÂÂÂ
Launched in October 2008, the project grew to have a presence in 24 universities across Australia, with over 2000 students on its books. The early years saw a tremendous learning experiences governing the project's direction, however from June 2012 to June 2013, with the development of the Mid North Coast Tertiary Work Placement Program, there was opportunity to focus on studentÂÂ placement, retention and graduate employment. Consequently, placement numbers and successes are growing exponentially, Brolga'sÂÂ Media PageÂÂ shows some of our latest stories.ÂÂ
Both host agencies and students have a terrific time during placement, and almost invariably students' comment to two extents: 1) the scope of practical exposure they receive on placement and 2) 'People are so friendly out there!!'
